SHORT DESCRIPTION: ERCOT Credit Department Not Receiving Email

INTENDED AUDIENCE: All Market Participants

DAYS AFFECTED: January 22, 2026

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has been informed that some users of Microsoft 365 may be unable to access multiple Microsoft 365 services, including email. This has impacted ERCOT's ability to receive emails. ERCOT has not received collateral instruments sent by Market Participants or their banks. This issue impacts email sent during or after the afternoon of January 22, 2026.

ERCOT has developed a work around where new emails sent to ercotcredit@ercot.com are being received. Market Participants or banks that have sent collateral instruments to ERCOT on January 22, 2026 should re-send them as soon as possible. ERCOT Credit staff can also be reached after hours until this issue is resolved at the following phone numbers: 512-983-4863, 830-734-2352, and 832-212-1800.
