RRGRR006 Clarification of Descriptions and Alignment with Resource Asset Registration Forms Resource Asset Registration Forms (RARFs) are submitted by every Resource Entity in the ERCOT market. The Resource Registration Glossary describes the data requested on the RARF. Market Participants have expressed concern that the description of the data requested is unclear and leads to rejection of the RARF by ERCOT. The Resource Data Working Group (RDWG) worked to clarify the description for various data needed in the RARF. This Resource Registration Glossary Revision Request (RRGRR) was developed to capture those clarifications and should not require new RARF submissions if it is approved. 03/20/2015 Resource Data Working Group (RDWG) No 2 Approved

RRGRR008 Alignment with NPRR705, Provides Consistency for References to the End Date of the Generation Interconnection Process In the Resource Interconnection Handbook, the term “commercial operations” has a different meaning to Resource Entities and financial institutions involved in construction and financing of Generation Resources than it does in the context of performance testing by ERCOT for new Generation Resources. This Recourse Registration Glossary Revision Request (RRGRR) aligns the Resource Registration Glossary with NPRR705 by replacing various terms used to refer to the date on which Generation Resources complete the Resource interconnection process with the proposed defined terms “Commercial Operations Date” and “Resource Commissioning Date” to provide consistency for references to the end of the generation interconnection process. 05/20/2015 ERCOT No 2 Approved

RRGRR009 Adding Voltage Limit Sets, Relay Loadability, MLSE, and GMD Data This Resource Registration Glossary Revision Request (RRGRR) adds three categories of data: Voltage limits are needed for Resources to indicate that their substation transmission level equipment is limited to a certain range of voltages. The relay loadability limits indicate the limits of loading for certain equipment. Geomagnetic Disturbance is a newly emphasized risk to the grid. The addition of geomagnetically-induced currents and the presence of blocking devices will allow for the study of any vulnerability due to Geomagnetic Disturbance. The addition of a Most Limiting Single Element (MLSE) allows a Resource Entity to identify an MLSE even if that element affects a line not owned by a Resource Entity. 02/26/2016 ERCOT No 2 Approved
