Attached is the new NOGRR025 spreadsheet with the latest NDSWG changes made at the May 5th 
meeting.  Changes include …

1)	Change row 5 to include ERCOT in “Entity being reported on” to be consistent with Workshop 
edits to row 34.
2)	Add new row for metric item related to Telemetry Standards: Critically Important Telemetry 
Performance .
3)	Change color of row 6 to indicate removal of NDSWG from “Group Review” and transfer to 
QMWG.  Isabel Flores to follow up on transition of responsibility for item.
4)	Added Next Step Workshop directions to the “Suggested Process” tab

NDSWG reviewed existing ERCOT telemetry reports based on current TAC approved Telemetry and SE 
standards and made the following comments;

1)	ICCP Link Availability Statistics
*	Calculation method creates possibility of error.  ERCOT will report back at next 
meeting(05/20) regarding possible options including a snapshot calculation method.
2)	ICCP Link Up/Down Report
*	Continue discussion at next meeting
3)	Monthly Market Participant Real Time Availability Statistics 
*	Report format and calculations look good.  Mark report as  “Non-Metric”, for 
information only.  Metric is actually on the quarterly values.
4)	Quarterly Point Availability Statistics 
*	Change report to match Standards to include 98% total MP summary similar to 
monthly point availability report.
5)	Critical Data Availability Statistics Report
*	Report format and calculations look good.   Request report name change to match 
Standards “Critically Important Telemetry Performance Report”.  Also clarify that 
pass/fail metric is on the total MP measure not individual points.

The NDSWG recognized the need to review the Telemetry Standards  for potential changes and 
clarifications.  Further discussions on scheduling review sessions will be conducted at the next NDSWG 
meeting on 05-19-09.
