On March 12, 2009, the ROS considered the OWG Comments on NOGRR025 and
voted to direct the ROS Working Groups to proceed according to the OWG
Comments spreadsheet (025NOGRR-04 OWG Comments 022509) and to request
that the Wholesale Market Subcommittee (WMS) review the spreadsheet and
ask that their working groups consider the spreadsheet at their next
meeting.

The assigned working groups are asked to return to ROS in April with
preliminary recommendations and timeline for implementation.

Please look over the spreadsheet and any provided comments at the above
link.  WG groups should only comment on their items as listed in column
A.  Some things to consider are:

Does the WG agree with the Responsible Entity?
What is relevant to report or metric to measure?
