Retail Market Participant Workshop:  MarkeTrak

This workshop provides a detailed demonstration of the MarkeTrak Retail Market issue resolution system.  Topics covered in the MarkeTrak Workshop include reporting, day-to-day issues (D2D), Data Extract Variance (DEV) issues, bulk insert, mass update/transition and Administrative Roles.

This course is not currently open for new registration. Registration opens five weeks prior to training date. A market notice is sent via e-mail announcing training and registration.

Registration Information

Training room capacity for the ONSITE seminar is 50 people.  WEBEX seminar capacity is 35 people.  Registration will be taken on a first-come, first-serve basis, so please keep this in mind when responding. Due to limited space, we cannot guarantee access to the sessions without prior registration. 

Confirmation is subject to ERCOT receiving the required registration through ERCOT's Learning Management System (LMS). If registration is not received, attendees may not be assured of participation in this training. If sufficient interest is shown, additional seminars may be scheduled.

Note:  ERCOT reserves the right to reschedule the class for a future date if there is not sufficient interest in the course offering.

Intended Audience

Current Market Participants whose day to day responsibilities include the use of MarkeTrak. 

Prerequisite Knowledge

Attendees need to have a basic knowledge of MarkeTrak and have been issued a digital certificate.
