System Change and Outage Notices

ERCOT notifies market participants about changes to ERCOT systems and system outages. System changes are a result of Protocol Revisions or System Change Requests approved for implementation through the Stakeholder process. System outages involve those systems specified in ERCOT Service Level Agreements.
