SHORT DESCRIPTION: ERCOT System Operator Certification Exam Now Available at PSI Testing Centers

LONG DESCRIPTION: The ERCOT System Operator Certification Exam is now available at PSI Testing Centers through the vendor TesTrac. An exam fee of $55 will be required via credit card.

ACTION REQUIRED: To register for the exam, visit ERCOT System Operator Certification Exam and click on the registration link in the gray notice box. At the login screen, select the button to create an account. After providing your email address, a verification email from TesTrac will be sent. Once your email is verified, you will be provided a username and password. Upon successful login, you will be prompted to enter your demographic information as well as credit card information for the examination fee. After completing the registration, you will be able to select a testing location and date.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: ERCOT System Operations Training will no longer provide certificates for successful completion of the exam. Users will be able to retrieve a certificate from the TesTrac website using their initial login credentials.
