SHORT DESCRIPTION: Digital Certificate Revocation Process Software Outage - Resolved
INTENDED AUDIENCE: User Security Administrators (USAs)
DAYS AFFECTED: March 24, 2021
LONG DESCRIPTION: The software outage reported on March 23, 2021, in Market Notice M-B032321-01 is resolved, and the vendor certificate software used by ERCOT's Market Participant Identity Management (MPIM) system has been restored. The software functionality to revoke Digital Certificates is now available and USAs can resume all Digital Certificate activities.
ERCOT is currently working to finalize any Digital Certificate revocations that were initiated during the outage.
