SHORT DESCRIPTION: Digital Certificate Revocation Process Software Outage
INTENDED AUDIENCE: User Security Administrators (USAs)
DAYS AFFECTED: March 21, 2021 to present
LONG DESCRIPTION: The vendor certificate software used by ERCOT's Market Participant Identity Management (MPIM) system to revoke Digital Certificates is currently experiencing an outage. At this time, any attempt to revoke a Digital Certificates or terminate an MPIM account for users of the ERCOT Market Information System (MIS) will result in the revocation process failing to complete.
ERCOT is currently working with its vendor to remedy the outage and will issue another Market Notice when functionality is restored.
