SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Exceptional Fuel Costs submitted for nine Resources on February 11, 2021

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED:  February 11, 2021

LONG DESCRIPTION:  On February 11, 2021, a Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE) submitted Exceptional Fuel Costs for four Resources for Operating Hours ending at 2200, 2300, and 2400 on February 11, 2021; and for five Resources for Operating Hours ending at 1900, 2000, 2100, 2200, 2300, and 2400 on February 11, 2021.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  Pursuant to paragraph (1)(h) of ERCOT Protocol Section 4.4.9.4.1, Mitigated Offer Cap, no later than five Business Days after an Operating Day for which an Exceptional Fuel Cost is submitted, ERCOT shall issue a Market Notice indicating the affected Operating Hours and the number of Resources for which a QSE submitted Exceptional Fuel Cost for a particular Operating Day.
