SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Update - Suspension of Market Management and Outage Scheduler Systems/Applications Technical Refresh

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED:  February 11, 2021

LONG DESCRIPTION:  The Market Management and Outage Scheduler (MMS/OS) systems and database upgrade will be postponed. ERCOT is suspending system changes due to the low temperatures to minimize any impacts to the grid.

A Market Notice with additional details will be sent ahead of the new Production Cutover.
