SHORT DESCRIPTION: Updates to the Generation Interconnection Status (GIS) Report

INTENDED AUDIENCE: All Market Participants

DAYS AFFECTED: February 1, 2021

LONG DESCRIPTION: The following modifications have been made to the Generation Interconnection Status (GIS) Report:

1. Project Details tab:
1. All columns in the Project Details tab that contain dates are now formatted as dates rather than text
• Allows for easier sorting of data by chronological order.
2. "Date Not Available" entries were replaced with “1-1-1900”
• “1-1-1900” date is used to signify that an actual date for a project milestone is not available. This typically occurs for project data migrated from the legacy GINR database to the RIOO system.
2. Inactive Projects tab:
1. Corrected an error that resulted in the exclusion of some projects from the Inactive Projects tab; this was a known error that previously required manual fixes to each report.
