SHORT DESCRIPTION: NDCRC Application Upgrade Release 

INTENDED AUDIENCE: Resource Entities (RE), Qualified Scheduling Entities (QSE)

DAYS AFFECTED: January 25, 2021

LONG DESCRIPTION: The Net Dependable Capability and Reactive Capability (NDCRC) application on the Market Information System has completed testing of the Oracle database from version11.2.0.4 to 19c.  This upgrade required extensive patching and testing in the ERCOT lower environments and is now ready for release to the production environment.  The upgraded version of NDCRC and database will be installed on the affected date above.

ACTION REQUIRED: The intended audience should check application access and work in progress to make sure data was not affected by the upgrade.
