SHORT DESCRIPTION: Implementation of maximum Shadow Price for an irresolvable constraint in SCED

DAY AFFECTED: November 30, 2020
LONG DESCRIPTION: On November 30, 2020, ERCOT will be implementing a modified maximum Shadow Price for a constraint that was found to be irresolvable per the criteria defined in Section 3.6.1 of the Other Binding Document (OBD), Methodology for Setting Maximum Shadow Prices for Network and Power Balance Constraints. The update to the maximum Shadow Price will be implemented between 2:00PM and 3:00PM Central Prevailing Time (CPT) on November 30, 2020. The contingency/constraint pair and updated maximum Shadow Price are as follows:

This new maximum Shadow Price will be used for all constraints in Security-Constrained Economic Dispatch (SCED) which share the same monitored element (i.e. constraint name) and direction.
