LONG DESCRIPTION: In Market Notice R-A111720-01, ERCOT reported that the receipt and processing of certain retail transactions had been delayed due to a outage on a third-party service provider's system. As noted, the third-party service provider is not an ERCOT Market Participant or Vendor.
As of 7:00 AM, November 18, 2020, the outage has been resolved and all queued transactions have processed.
