SHORT DESCRIPTION: Update - Total Potential Exposure (TPE) calculations affected by system issues

LONG DESCRIPTION: On October 26, 2020, ERCOT issued a Market Notice notifying Market Participants that ERCOT identified a system issue related to the calculation of estimated Load volumes for Operating Day (OD) October 23, 2020, which impacted Estimated Aggregate Liability (EAL) values contained in credit reports generated on October 24, 2020. ERCOT has determined that the issue was caused by an error in the upgrade of a database used by ERCOT's Credit Monitoring and Management (CMM) system. ERCOT resolved the issue on November 12, 2020.
