LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT invites you to take advantage of its Market training program that includes a wide variety of courses ranging from general introductions to deeper explorations of specific Market topics and processes.

ERCOT continues to build Market education courses as part of its market training program.  It is our pleasure to announce the release of the following new course:

Mass Transition – This web-based course is designed for participants in the ERCOT Competitive Retail Market seeking information on the Mass Transition process that occurs when a Competitive Retailer defaults or exits the Market abruptly.
