SHORT DESCRIPTION: ERCOT's retail processing was interrupted the evening of September 30th, 2020 at approximately 6:30pm.

DAYS AFFECTED: October 1, 2020
LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT experienced an unplanned outage of a retail transaction processing server. Systems are processing as expected as of this time but backlogs continue to clear. ERCOT operations is investigating any out of sync conditions and will be following up as required.
ACTION REQUIRED: Market Participants are asked to verify retail responses expected from ERCOT the evening of September 30th were successfully received.
