SHORT DESCRIPTION: Unplanned system maintenance with impacted services
INTENDED AUDIENCE: ERCOT Market Participants
DAYS AFFECTED: September 26, 2020 09:30 - 18:00; September 27, 2020 09:30 - 18:00
LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT will be performing system maintenance of the ISM databases and applications on September 26 – 27, 2020.
During the September 26, 2020 09:30 - 18:00; September 27, 2020 09:30 - 18:00 outage window, some services available through the Market Information System (MIS) will be unavailable, including the following:
- Report publishing to the ERCOT MIS
- Downloading of extracts and reports from the MIS and EWS
- Find ESIID and Find Transaction
- Market Data Transparency (MDT) Web Services
- Extract Subscriber
- ERCOT Market Information List (EMIL) Web Interface
Note that the outage start times may be delayed depending on the current system conditions.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Reports will be rerun and reposted as applicable. The MIS Dashboards and ERCOT.com price displays will not be populated with data during the September 27, 2020 09:30 – 18:00 timeframe.
