SHORT DESCRIPTION: Proposal to modify Stryker Creek Remedial Action Scheme

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has received a revised proposal from Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC (Oncor) for the Remedial Action Scheme (RAS) at Stryker Creek. The RAS is designed to prevent thermal overloads on the Stryker Creek to Palestine South 138 kV transmission line (1255_B) and Stryker Creek to Tyler Grande 138 kV transmission line (1820_A). The RAS proposal from Oncor recommends the removal of monitoring on CB 3150 due to the Stryker Creek to Tyler Grande 138 kV line (1820_A) having been rebuilt.

ACTION REQUIRED: Comments to this proposal are due to ERCOT by September 29, 2020 using the attached form.
