SHORT DESCRIPTION: 867_03 Data loading process issue for July 18th delayed until July 19th at 11:00 AM
INTENDED AUDIENCE: TDSPs and REPs
DAYS AFFECTED: 867_03 files submitted from 1pm July 17th through 12:59 PM July 18th
LONG DESCRIPTION: The 867_03 data loading process encountered an issue which prevented the normal execution of data loading normally scheduled to occur at 3:00 PM on July 18th. The loading job was not processed and all files due to process at that time were held until today. As a result, Wholesale batch processing that occurred July 18th for trade dates 7/14/2020 (initial), 5/26/2020 (final) and 1/23/2020 (true-up) did not include 867_03 data submitted during this timeframe. All file processing was completed today, July 19th at 11:00 AM.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: AMS data submission/loading was not affected by this event.
