SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Implementation Details of RRGRR021

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED:  August 1, 2020

LONG DESCRIPTION:  On August 1, 2020, the Resource Registration Guide language related to Resource Registration Glossary Revision Request (RRGRR) 021, Dynamic Model Requirement for TSAT, will be implemented.

This RRGRR adds new data requirements to the Resource Registration Glossary to account for submittal requirement fields for dynamic models required by the Transient Security Assessment Tool (TSAT). Resource Entities should be preparing to provide this data by August 1 so that ERCOT can implement TSAT for ERCOT Real-Time operations.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  Pursuant to Resource Registration Glossary Section 1.2.5, Resource Registration Glossary Revision Implementation, ERCOT is required to provide notice as soon as practicable, but no later than ten days prior to implementation.
