SHORT DESCRIPTION: Implementation Details for NPRR837

INTENDED AUDIENCE: All Market Participants

DAYS AFFECTED: July 1, 2020

LONG DESCRIPTION:  On July 1, 2020 the remaining Protocol language related to NPRR837, Regional Planning Group (RPG) Process Reform, will be implemented.  NPRR837 changes the RPG process by updating the Tier classification rules and also includes other RPG-related enhancements and clarifications.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  Pursuant to Nodal Protocol Section 21.6, Nodal Protocol Revision Implementation, ERCOT is to provide notice as soon as practicable, but no later than ten days prior to implementation.
