SHORT DESCRIPTION: Update to Panhandle Generic Transmission Constraint (GTC)

INTENDED AUDIENCE: ERCOT Market Participants

DAYS AFFECTED: June 2, 2020

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has identified an update to the Generic Transmission Constraint (GTC) in the Panhandle area. This update accounts for a current Transmission Outage condition that is not part of a currently defined double circuit condition but does interrupt flows on a common double circuit path.

The purpose of this notice is to provide contemporaneous notification to all ERCOT Market Participants of this update to the Panhandle GTC. 

Details associated with all existing GTCs (EMIL ID NP3-766-M, Report ID 11424) can be found on the ERCOT Market Information System (MIS) Grid Transmission page under the Generic Transmission Limits Secured area.  A Digital Certificate is required to access the MIS Secure Area.
