SHORT DESCRIPTION: Market Participant Identity Management (MPIM) Outage resolved

INTENDED AUDIENCE: User Security Administrators (USAs)

DAY AFFECTED: February 18, 2020

LONG DESCRIPTION: Starting at 12:25 PM CDT today, ERCOT began experiencing an issue with the Market Participant Identity Management (MPIM) application preventing users from issuing, renewing, and revoking Client Digital Certificates.  This issue was resolved at 3:03 PM CST.
