DAY AFFECTED: February 18, 2020

LONG DESCRIPTION: Starting at 12:25 PM CDT today, ERCOT began experiencing an issue with the Market Participant Identity Management (MPIM) application preventing users from issuing, renewing, and revoking Client Digital Certificates.  An update will be sent when the issue has been resolved.
