SHORT DESCRIPTION: Reliability analysis determination for Public Service Company of Oklahoma - Oklaunion (OKLA_OKLA_G1)

LONG DESCRIPTION: On January 21, 2020, ERCOT received the Notification of Suspension of Operations (NSO) for the following Generation Resource:
The NSO indicated that the Generation Resource will be decommissioned and retired permanently as of October 1, 2020.
Pursuant to the ERCOT Protocols Sections 3.14.1.2 (4) and (5), ERCOT has completed its reliability analysis and has determined that this Generation Resource is not required to support ERCOT transmission system reliability and may suspend operations according to the schedule in the NSO.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: ERCOT has posted the analysis performed to arrive at its determination on the Market Information System (MIS) Secure Area under "Notice of Suspension of Operations (NSO)" (EMIL ID NP3-47-AN, Report ID 13043) in the Secure "NSO" portlet on the Generation page of the Market Information System (MIS) Secure Area. An ERCOT Digital Certificate is required to access the MIS.
