SHORT DESCRIPTION: Settlement for the ERS Standard Contract Term of October 1, 2018 through January 31, 2019

INTENDED AUDIENCE: QSE settlement personnel

DAYS AFFECTED: October 1, 2018 through January 31, 2019, ERS Standard Contact Term

LONG DESCRIPTION: The October 1, 2018 through January 31, 2019, Emergency Response Service (ERS) Standard Contact Term will be settled on the True-Up Settlement Statement for Operating day February 20, 2019.

For additional information regarding the data extracts used in the shadow settlement of ERS, refer to Market Notice M-A010819-02, Reminder – Implementation details for functionality related to shadow settlements for Emergency Response Service. 

Pursuant to Protocols Section 9.14.5(1), “All disputes for the Settlement of the ERS Contact Period are due ten Business Days after the date that the ERS settlement was posted.  ERCOT shall resolve any approved disputes upon resettlement of the ERS Contact Period, as described in Section 9.14.5(2).”
