LONG DESCRIPTION: On May 31, 2019, ERCOT will implement Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 901, Switchable Generation Resource Status Code.

Following the implementation of NPRR901, Resources telemetering EMRSWGR will be included in the "OUT" category in the reports required by Protocols Section 6.5.7.5, Ancillary Service Capacity Monitor.
