SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Market Participant Identity Management (MPIM) Outage

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  User Security Administrators (USAs)

DAY AFFECTED:  May 23, 2019

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT is currently experiencing an issue with the Market Participant Identity Management (MPIM) application.  At approximately 4:00 PM CDT today ERCOT began experiencing an issue preventing users from renewing client Digital Certificates.

ERCOT will provide additional information as it becomes available.
