SHORT DESCRIPTION: Retail transaction processing issues

LONG DESCRIPTION: A Market Interface Service Provider (MISP) is experiencing an issue receiving outbound retail transactions from ERCOT. ERCOT records indicate that transactions have been backlogged since approximately 14:31 Central Prevailing Time (CPT) on April 9, 2019.
The MISP is aware of the issue and is working to correct it.
ERCOT will provide more information with respect to the transaction backlog as it becomes available.
