SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Update - ERCOT frequency bias change for 2019

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  QSE Operations Personnel

DAY AFFECTED:  April 1, 2019

LONG DESCRIPTION:  Market Notice W-A031819-01, issued on March 18, 2019, stated ERCOT’s frequency bias would change to 895.2 MW/0.1 Hz on April 1, 2019.  However, for clarity this frequency bias has been rounded to the nearest whole number—895 MW/0.1 Hz.  The updated frequency bias of 895 MW/0.1 Hz went into effect as of 10:00 Central Prevailing Time (CPT) on April 1, 2019.
