LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT was unable to send outbound retail transactions to one Market Interface Service Provider (MISP) that represents multiple Market Participants from February 14, 2019 at 8:04 p.m. to February 15, 2019 at 8:53 a.m. The MISP has indicated that it has corrected the issue as of 8:53 a.m. today. All backlogs in ERCOT systems have been reprocessed as of 8:59 a.m. today.
