SHORT DESCRIPTION: Summer 2024 Load Shed Training Exercise
INTENDED AUDIENCE: Transmission and Distribution Service Providers (TDSPs), Transmission Operators (TOs), Resource Entities (REs), Qualified Scheduling Entities (QSEs)
DAYS AFFECTED: June 3, 2024, 09:00 - 12:00
LONG DESCRIPTION: In accordance with Public Utility Regulatory Act (PURA) Section 38.077, ERCOT will conduct a summer load shed tabletop training exercise on June 3, 2024, from 0900 - 1200 CDT. This exercise will be offered virtually via WebEx for providers of electric generation service and transmission and distribution service in the ERCOT Region.
The agenda for the exercise is included below, but may be subject to change.
