SHORT DESCRIPTION: Planned system maintenance with impacted services

INTENDED AUDIENCE: All Market Participants

DAYS AFFECTED: March 25, 2024, 16:30 - 20:30

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT will be performing planned system maintenance of Market Participant Identity Management (MPIM) application and database in the Market Operations Test Environment (MOTE) on March 25, 2024, during a maintenance window of 16:30 – 20:00.

During the maintenance period on March 25, 2024, Market Participants will experience an outage on the following services:

  • Market Participant Identity Manager (MPIM)
    • Creating new user accounts
    • Modifying user accounts and roles
    • Issuing and/or revoking digital certificates
    • Downloading new or renewing certificates
    • Terminating user accounts

Note that the outage start and end times may be delayed depending on the current system conditions.
