ERCOT stated that if there are multiple REF~JH~I loops in an 867_03, that they will only read and use the first one in the transaction and that they would like this documented in the change control/i.g. and tx set agreed. change control is still pending until dgtf gets a recommendation approved for how to handle interval data for drg <50 kw.

The distributed generation task force will be meeting on 6-24 to discuss how to handle IDR meters with DRG. Therefore, TX SET may need to incorporate changes for both non-IDR and IDR data to support generation values in the meter read transactions.

In support of PRR756 related to Distributed Renewable Generation, the REF~JH~I should be designated by TX SET to be used for kWh Generation values only.

| Reason: |
This information would benefit the TDSP’s and CR’s in providing additional information about the metering and the premise. This new code would provide CR’s and TDSP’s with visibility of the Master Metered accounts that could be evaluated prior to disconnect or MVO request, and provide information to identify the presence of AMR meters.
