Description:	This Settlement Metering Operating Guide Revision Request (SMOGRR) revises the SMOG in anticipation of Texas Nodal Market implementation. Revisions will be grey-boxed until the Texas Nodal Market Implementation Date (TNMID) where appropriate. This SMOGRR also revises Section 10, Process for Settlement Metering Operating Guide Revisions, to more effectively align with the current stakeholder process, consistent with revisions made to the Protocols pursuant to Protocol Revision Request (PRR) 821, Update of Section 21, Process for Protocol Revision, and with other existing language in Protocol Section 21.
