Description:	This revision request will allow the optional use of electronic authorization request when submitting a Letter of Authorization (LOA) for historical usage information to the TDSP and provide additional clarification on the expiration date for the LOA.
Reason:	The use of electronic authorization will expedite the current process of obtaining historical data and reduce dependencies on mail, fax machines and hardcopy files.
