Description:	With this Protocol Revision Request (PRR), ERCOT shall determine the performance of providers of Qualified Scheduling Entities (QSEs) Schedule Control Error (SCE) performance under normal operating conditions. ERCOT shall remove from consideration of average performance of a QSE any period during which an abnormal or unusual event(s) has occurred and which does not have a passing score.
Reason:	Make the Resource performance metric scoring criteria more aligned with North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Control Performance Standard (CPS) 2 Scoring Criteria as prescribed in Section 6.10.6, Ancillary Service Deployment Performance Conditions.
