Description:	This Protocol Revision Request (PRR) exempts Wind-powered Generation Resource (WGR) Qualified Scheduling Entities (QSEs) from the Resource Plan metric that compares Day Ahead and Adjustment Period Schedules to Resource Plans.
Reason:	The ERCOT Board approved PRR 763, Use of WGRPP as Planned Operating Level in Day-Ahead Resource Plan for WGRs, on June 17, 2008, which requires WGR QSEs to submit a Resource Plan generated by ERCOT. These Resource Plans often vary from the WGR QSE’s forecast resulting in variances between the Resource Plan and Schedule.
