10.3.3.1
|
| Description: |
This Protocol Revision Request (PRR) inserts new paragraph (6)(c) in Section 10.3.3.1 which clarifies that energy flows, from Transmission and/or Distribution Service Provider (TDSP) owned battery storage technology, will be treated similarly as substation equipment and therefore the measurement of such flows are not required for settlement. This new paragraph will be limited to ERCOT Board endorsed TDSP reliability projects.
|
| Reason: |
This PRR seeks to clarify that energy, associated with the charging and discharging of TDSP owned battery storage technology, will not be measured for the purposes of settlement.
