| Description: |
This PRR removes the requirement to post exception reports from the Load Profile Type and Weather Zone validation tests to the ERCOT MIS.
| Reason: |
ERCOT and Market Participants follow a process in the Load Profiling Guide (LPG) Section 11.2.1, Annual Validation of Load Profile Type Assignment for RES and BUS Load Factor ESI IDs and Section 11.3, Additional Validations, whereby Profile Type and Weather Zone exceptions are handled through e-mail and MarkeTrak. Because of the significant interaction required between Market Participants and ERCOT to resolve these exceptions, e-mail and MarkeTrak are a more efficient means of addressing these issues than posting exception reports to the MIS.
