Description:	This PRR revises the ERCOT Protocols to provide for a scarcity pricing mechanism as required by subsection (g) of P.U.C. Subst. R. 25.505, Resource Adequacy in the Electric Reliability Council of Texas Power Region. ERCOT is already performing the calculations and postings required by this rule. This PRR synchronizes the Protocols with this rule.
Reason:	A scarcity pricing mechanism is required by P.U.C. Subst. R. 25.505(g), effective January 1, 2007. This PRR synchronizes the Protocols with this rule.
