Description:	This PRR incorporates changes resulting from P.U.C. Subst. R. 25.502, Pricing Safeguards in Markets Operated by the Electric Reliability of Texas Power Region and new P.U.C. Subst. R. 25.505, Resource Adequacy in the Electric Reliability of Texas Power Region, adopted under P.U.C. Project No. 31972, Rulemaking Concerning Resource Adequacy and Market Power in the Electric Reliability Council of Texas Power Region.
Reason:	Recently adopted P.U.C. rules require ERCOT to post many new reports beginning no later than for Operating Day October 1, 2006. This PRR synchronizes the Protocols with the P.U.C. Substantive Rule requirements which take precedence over the ERCOT Protocols.
