Description:	This Operating Guide Revision Request (OGRR) deletes Section 6.2.3. The form within that Section is no longer used as results are submitted through the MIS. This OGRR also updates other sections to align with the current process.
Reason:	Market Participants will be less confused if they use the proposed process of submitting biennial unit reactive limit tests using the MIS vs. using an outdated form. This change allows the Power Generation Company (PGC) to accomplish the biennial reactive limit test without transmission constraints.
