Description:	This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) allows the Supplemental Ancillary Services Market (SASM) to be operated as a balance of the day market for Ancillary Services.
Reason:	The current market locks entities in once they have sold Ancillary Services to ERCOT in the Day-Ahead Market (DAM). Conditions often change after the close of the DAM and Real-Time. This NPRR would allow Qualified Scheduling Entities (QSEs) the ability to modify their responsibilities and optimize the use of their Resources.
