Description:	This Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) allows Qualified Scheduling Entities (QSEs) to enter a negative value for a Self-Arranged Ancillary Service Quantity.
Reason:	This NPRR allows QSEs to have ERCOT procure on their behalf Ancillary Services in the Day-Ahead Market (DAM). This NPRR is an alternative approach to NPRR131. If NPRR316 is approved, NPRR131, Ancillary Service Trades with ERCOT, will no longer be needed. All grey-boxed sections associated with NPRR131 would be removed.
