Description:	This PRR removes the concept of “timely” disputes that can still be worked by ERCOT, and removes the concept of disputing settlement statements. Instead, disputes that are filed with enough time for ERCOT to work them, as defined in the Protocols modified by this revision, will be worked and included in the next settlement statement if granted.
