Description:	This Nodal Operating Guide Revision Request (NOGRR) aligns the Nodal Operating Guides with changes proposed by Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 203, Amend Telemetry Bus Accuracy Requirements, which clarifies the type of equipment being reported.
Reason:	“Electrical Bus” is not the correct term to describe the way this item is being or could be monitored. This data is generated from the State Estimator (SE) and the term State Estimator Bus should be given a unique definition for this case. Being more specific will mitigate ambiguity about the way this item should and will be reported.
