Description: This Protocol Revision Request (PRR) removes grey box language related to the use of lagged dynamic samples for new profiles.
Reason: In order to remove unfunded projects from the Project Prioritization List (PPL), the Commercial Operations Subcommittee (COPS) instructed the Profiling Working Group (PWG) to review and submit a request to remove language that is related to unfunded projects.
